Background It is extremely important to understand the background of a particular product before the marketing of the product is carried out. This factor must primarily factors about the brand such as philosophy, personality, pricing, sales pitch and initial research (Crichton, 2013). 2. Competition It is vital to understand the number and nature of the competitors of the brand in question in the market. Products and services of the biggest and the smallest competitors should be accounted. Also, the future vision of the competitors must also be discussed. Examples and weblinks should be considered (Crichton, 2013). 3. What? This factor entails the understanding of the output expected by the customer. This means that the type of activity that the customer wants the advertising company to conduct in order to market the product in the best possible manner. Example, website, conference, event etc (Crichton, 2013). 4. Why? This factor explains the need to understand why the activity needs to be done. The objective in question must be well understood and outlined to ensure that the purpose of the advertisement is achieved in the best possible manner at the end of the day (Crichton, 2013). 5. Who? This factor helps in understanding the target audience of the organization, product or service for whom the campaign has to be made. It has to be understood if the consumers are individuals, businesses, children or elderly people. Based on this factor, the campaign can take a major change (Crichton, 2013). Define Campaign Objectives The Objectives of the Campaign are as follows: Specific: To make the brand more visible on Social Media Websites To increase the overall effectiveness of campaign on the sales and business of the company as a whole To enable the company get more interaction on part of the potential customers on social media To understand the requirements of customers to make feasible changes in the product in order to make it more saleable for the company To know about the requirements of the other customers across the globe. Other social media channels will be able to get feedback from customers while the promotions are in progress. Time Oriented: The plan is time oriented since social media promotions take time but showcase results from day one. The time we start the promotions of the products of the company, interactions will start coming in instantly. Hence the time orientation factor is stable and we are confident of providing the best results to the company within a time span of 3 - 4 months. Ensure Campaign Objectives are feasible, given the constraints of time, budget, product and market factors. The campaign objectives are feasible, economical and will fit the constraints of time since Social Media offers results from the first day itself. Since the products are already popular in some parts of the region, we shall be able to create a brand presence in the specific region first and then move onto other cities. The market factors are favorable since the product is a common product that is used by majority of the women and children in the region. State campaign objectives in measurable terms and identify the nature and extent of what the advertising is to accomplish The campaign objectives are measurable since there will be 1 posting each day about the varied products of the company. The postings will include graphics and relevant content that shall include a brief description about the product and why it should be used. Advertising is expected to help the company generate sales. Since we will be using the Boost Post feature with discounts and offers provided by the company, we are extremely confident that we will be able to achieve the objectives set in by the Brand in question. We cannot lay out the exact number of the sales of the products and the amount of revenue we shall be able to generate for the company; however, we are pretty confident about the fact that we shall be increasing the likes and followers of the product and brand on social media from time to time. Ensure campaign objectives take into consideration factors which may affect consumer responses. The factors that may affect the consumer responses include the pricing of the products and the external factors due to which the sale may not be achieved. Also, the delivery timing provided by the customer may prove to be a deterrent in the overall sales of the products through social media as well. References Crichton, C. (2013). Homemeade Kinetic Sand Recipe
Homemeade Kinetic Sand Recipe Kinetic sand is sand that sticks to itself, so you can form clumps and mold it with your hands. Its also easy to clean up because it sticks to itself. Kinetic sand is an example of a dilatant or non-Newtonian fluid that increases its viscosity under stress. You may be familiar with another non-Newtonian fluid, oobleck. Oobleck resembles a liquid until you squeeze or punch it, and then it feels solid. When you release the stress, oobleck flows like a liquid. Kinetic sand is similar to oobleck, but it is stiffer. You can mold the sand into shapes, but after a few minutes to hours, they will flow into a lump. You can buy kinetic sand in stores or online, but its a simple and fun science project to make this educational toy yourself. Heres what you do: Kinetic Sand Materials Fine play sandDimethicone [polydimethylsiloxane, CH3[Si(CH3)2O]nSi(CH3)3] Use the finest sand that you can find. Fine craft sand works better than playground sand. You can experiment with colored sand, but be aware the dyes may not work for the project. Kinetic sand that you buy in the store consists of 98% sand and 2% polydimethylsiloxane (a polymer). Polydimethylsiloxane is known more commonly as dimethicone, and it is found in hair anti-frizz gel, diaper rash cream, a variety of cosmetics, and in pure form from a cosmetics supply store. Dimethicone is sold in different viscosities. A good viscosity for this project is dimethicone 500, but you can experiment with other products. How to Make Kinetic Sand Spread dry sand out in a pan and allow it to dry overnight, or place it in a 250 F oven for a couple of hours to drive off any water. If you heat the sand, let it cool before proceeding.Mix 2 grams of dimethicone with 100 grams of sand. If you want to make a bigger batch, use the same ratio. For example, you would use 20 grams of dimethicone with 1000 grams (1 kilogram) of sand.If the sand wont stick together, you can add more dimethicone, a gram at a time, until you get the consistency you want. Homemade kinetic sand is similar to what you would buy, but the commercial product uses super-fine sand, so it may behave a bit differently.Use cookie cutters, a bread knife, or sandbox toys to shape the kinetic sand.à Store your sand in a sealed bag or container when you arent using it. Recipe for Homemade Kinetic Sand Using Cornstarch Cornstarch is the material mixed with water to make oobleck and ooze. If you cant find dimethicone or are looking for a cheaper alternative, you can make homemade kinetic sand that is essentially oobleck with sand. It will not be as easy to mold as dimethicone sand, but its still fun for younger explorers. The advantage over regular play sand is that this recipe will stick together, so you can have an indoor sandbox without tracking as much sand all over your home. Materials Large plastic tub or a small pool6 cups cornstarch6 cups water50-lb bag of play sand ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹Instructions First, make the oobleck by mixing the corn starch and water.Stir in the sand until you get the consistency you want. Its okay to add a bit more of any ingredient to get the perfect sand.If you like, you can also add a squirt of dishwashing detergent or a couple of spoonfuls of tea tree oil to help prevent bacteria or mold from growing on the sand. The sand will dry out over time. When this happens, you can add more water.

Hamlets Journey from Antic Disposition to Actual Insanity Essay
Hamlets Journey from Antic Disposition to Actual Insanity - Essay Example Since Hamlet is guided by the ghost of the previous king about his murder by poisoning him into the ear while sleeping in the orchard, the protagonist appears to be determined to retaliate to his uncle i.e. King Claudius and mother Queen Gertrude eventually. He this seeks relief in pretending insanity, but subsequently appears to be becoming real insane out of sheer rage and fury in the wake of the disclosure made by the ghost at the beginning of the play. However, his insanity, either pretended or actual, has been a matter of great interest for the critics and analysts alike, where it becomes very difficult whether his real mental disorder begins after the end of his pretending the same, or he is in full senses till he encounters his fatal end. In addition, the curiosity also arises about the temporary state of insanity he undergoes, which maintains close proximity with real mental retardation instead of the feign kind of lunacy. Hamletââ¬â¢s insanity appears in the play in Act I Scene V, immediately after the revelation made by the ghost, which invites Hamletââ¬â¢s arousal, who looks resolute to enquire whether the ghost is justified in its claim or not. However, he is confident about the truthfulness of the statement made by the ghost; it is, therefore, he declares the queen as the most pernicious woman and a villain as well (Act I, Sc. V, line 105), which would not wait for even few weeks to remarry with the new king after the assassination of her previous husband. One of his first soliloquies also elucidates the same that even a beast could mourn longer the death of a spouse than his mother has done (Act I, Sc. II, lines 150-151); consequently, he declares frailty as synonymous to the woman (I, ii, line 146). Consequently, the situation of his fatherââ¬â¢s murder and his motherââ¬â¢s second marriage disturbs Hamlet in such a way that everything looks drab, dull and dismal to him. Eventually, he decides to take any step, even committing suicide to bring his life to an end. However, he decides pretending insanity, in order to punish the culprits involved in the conspiracy of his fatherââ¬â¢s murder. Hamlet settles his mind on wearing black clothes while attending the royal court in order to demonstrate his melancholy over his fatherââ¬â¢s sad demise as well as make the protest against the assassination through his words, acts, and gestures. Since his inner sorrow is so great that his dour appearance is merely a poor mirror of it (I.ii.68), so he would prefer to stay in nightly color in order to realize the queen about the graveness of the sad incident. In addition, he also takes his friend Horatio into confidence by informing him that he would observe feign madness and be finding anything odd and strange in his behavior would be just putting on an act (I, v, 166-183). The play, arranged by Prince Hamlet within the play, reveals that he has not observed real madness till he had hired the services of the actors. It is, therefore, he states that the play is the thing where he would catch the conscience of the king (II, ii, 600-601) by keenly witnessing his expressions at the death scene of the player king. He also plays the same trick on the queen by noticing her expressions, while the player queen views: A second time I killed my husband died when the second husband kissed me in bed.
